Hospital Policies


Appointment Policy

Patients are seen by appointment or can be dropped off if you cannot stay for an appointment.  Boarding pets can be dropped off and picked up whenever the hospital is open. The hospital's hours of operation are Monday & Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  Emergency cases shall always receive top priority.


Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. Good-faith estimates for hospitalization will be provided for pets requiring hospitalization or surgery and will be revised as needed.  A 50% deposit on hospitalized estimates is requested.  For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks.


Patient Arrival Policy

Upon arrival, please check in with our reception staff.  Additional information regarding your appointment may be obtained and any requested documents you brought reviewed.

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
